Donation Request Form

Hatchet Hangout loves to support local events by donating gift certificates for special events needing door prizes, conducting silent auctions or doing a giveaway!

Use the online form to submit your request for a donation. Please allow at least 14 days notice before the event. We will do our best to support all requests, but some requests may not be fulfilled. Thank you!

Thank you for inviting Hatchet Hangout Axe Throwing and Axe-Throw-on-the-go! Mobile Trailer Rentals to work with your organization. Giving back to our community is very important to us! Since we have quite a few requests for donations, we are limited in what we are able to provide.

Any items donated must be picked up at our office located at 709 N Myrtle Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755 Monday thru Friday 11:00am-7:00pm.

We love opportunities to do good in our community. If you think we’d be a good fit for your fundraiser, event, or gala, then fill out the donation request form.

Please keep in mind that the majority of our charitable efforts include donating axe throwing VIP Experiences to fundraising events, galas, dinners and other gatherings that involve our communities coming together.

All donation requests should be made at least 30 days in advance. We have a set monthly budget for donations, so please send your request early in the month preceding your event.

Please note: We receive many requests every month. Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill every request.

We’re proud to support nonprofit organizations, schools, and other charitable causes in the Tampa Bay area. If you’d like to request a donation to your organization, please fill out the Donation Request form.

All donation requests will be reviewed within two weeks. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email regardless of approval.
