A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE

The ”Hatchet Hangout Experience” is always a PRIVATE experience. meaning your group will not share a target with other groups. Private ranges with two targets are not guaranteed during busy times unless a range is booked as described on our BOOK NOW page.

ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

Sign in and session briefing begin promptly 15 minutes prior to your scheduled experience. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. A late arrival does put your reservation in jeopardy. The session will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be given. Thank you for helping us keep axes flying right on schedule!

PRICE & TIPS

For groups of 4-12 in size, The Hatchet Hangout Experience is priced at $35 per person for a 60-minute session, plus tax, fees and tip. Smaller group prices can be seen below. Reservations are required.

Simple lane rentals are also available at $25* per person per hour. (Must have a previous Hatchet Hangout Experience)

Our coaches are trained to give you a phenomenal experience. If they succeed, a generous tip (20% is typical) would certainly be appreciated!

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

Please keep in mind that your session is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds or cancellations are not allowed. You may reschedule your game at any time prior to 24 hours before your reservation. Sessions may not be rescheduled on the day of your reservation.

ONLINE BOOKING WINDOW

Online bookings cannot be made less than two hours prior to session start time.

CHILDREN

Children must be at least eight years of age to throw. Unfortunately there are no exceptions due to insurance requirements. Children between the ages of 8 and 17 must have a parent/guardian present.

The Hatchet Hangout is a family friendly venue and we welcome children of all ages. Children under the age of 8 are absolutely welcome to join the group and watch them throw.

SHOES

You MUST wear closed toe shoes, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for your safety. Trust us, dropping a heavy hatchet on your toes is a very, very bad idea.

NO TUI

TUI (Throwing Under the Influence) is not allowed. The Hatchet Hangout endeavors to maintain a fun, family environment. For the sake of the experience of our other guests and in the interest of our family first mission, any member of a group that is under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play and will be asked to leave. The session will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be given.

*TIPPING: Please remember your coach! He or she will work hard to give you a phenomenal experience. A 20% tip is typical, completely optional but truly appreciated. You can tip online during checkout or after your experience. Your generosity means a lot!

**90 MINUTE SESSIONS: 90 minute sessions are available for groups of any size, and are strongly recommended for groups of 7 or more. We block off the time slot and guarantee you one hour of axe throwing. We start off the 90 minute session with a WATL certified axe throwing coach demonstrating several axe throwing techniques, a safety briefing, which includes axe safety rules, lane rules and our house rules.
